Hello @RonaldTBannonJunior 👋 sorry you are still suffering with this. I read the AI answer and tend to agree, it could be a combination of reasons including MS related.
I have pain down my right leg from my lower back to ankle and foot. I have had many tests to rule things in or out. (I actually have it down my left leg too but it’s milder). My calf is particularly painful as is my foot. I now have hand controls to ensure safety when braking as I can’t feel my foot properly.
I have ‘black discs’ lower back. Sciatica has been ruled out.
My pain is a mixture of spasticity and nerve pain. I was tested for generalised neuropathy and this was ruled out - I was told neuropathy is when peripheral nerves are the source of the pain. In my case this was ruled out and my MS neurologist explained that the nerve pain is due to the central nervous system and caused by MS lesions in brain, brain stem and thoracic spine.
It’s certainly worth keeping your neurologist informed - although I am guessing you are already doing that. It can take a long time to find answers when there may be multiple causes. Keep advocating and don’t give up! Take care 🤗💜

@A MyMSTeam Member have you ever heard of pressure point injections, they place them around your spine from the bottom to your neck. It blocks the pain signals from traveling to your brain and also relieves the leg pain. I get them from a pain and Rehabilitation doctor.

Sorry to hear that Ronald. Have you thought about an inversion table to try to stretch you from the opposite of gravity. I've heard good things about realignment and overall feeling better after doing this. It takes several times before you really know is what I was told. I have never gotten benefit from this but I know others first hand who have. After describing the type of injury and symptoms you are saying. An inversion table is approximately $300

Sorry you’re having pain in your hip, back and down your leg. I agree that it can be a combination of things causing the pain. For me, if it’s not MS related, going to a chiropractor often helps with my pain and discomfort. When that doesn’t work then I seek out my neuro for answers and possible treatments. Good luck to you. Hope you get relief soon! 🧡💪🏼🧡
