I'm not even sure if this is a thing with MS, but if so and if anyone else struggles with this, how do you manage it?

I get bouts of seborrheic dermatitis. Use selenium sulfide(Dandruff shampoo) Cover the area, then leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse, dry, then apply salicylic acid. Leave it on for a bit, but my advice would be to not go to bed with it on your face. It will transfer to your pillow then your eyes. Happened to me. Dries them out like crazy. The selenium sulfide will kill the fungus. The salicylic acid will penetrate the broken skin layers and repair.
