Has anyone felt like you just cant take another step or solve another problem. Answering a phone call is just to taxing. To think of anything else after days of physical or mentally doing a lot. I find myself just sitting quietly or just watching my favorite throwback show its a rest period. Doing puzzles and word finds help just quiet the mind. What you're describing is something so many people with MS know deeply β that bone-tired, brain-drained exhaustion that doesn't match what you've "done" on paper. You are absolutely not alone in this. π

@A MyMSTeam Member yes, I planted a strawberry plant yesterday, had to completely empty a big lovely pot first etc, so am totally out of everything today!
I've been snoozing in bed with my favourite Sanctuary radio station playing, and now it's lunchtime. I don't feel sad, guilty about how I feel.
I no longer think of it as Crashing.

It's ok.
If my arm was broken I would rest it.
I regard this time as my MS and my body both agreeing to rest.
