Just say "Thank you". Take it as a compliment. Leave the rest to the God of your understanding. Some people need to convince themselves that we're ok by saying stuff like that. I want my friends and loved ones to feel ok (even if I dont). No reason to correct them or prove anything to them.
Get a tshirt like the ones I shared or ask him, "And how's your health? What issues do you have?"
Quite SURE THERE is something Invisible to 'naked eye!'
