I miss a nice hot bath, it relaxes the muscles and mind... I've had to give them up due to half of the body falling asleep and the other weak.

Does anyone have any tricks to simulate a bath?

Baths are very relaxing but if you can no longer take one, but want the relaxation of one maybe try just a foot soak, if you can tolerate it . A massage , or even a shower with the soothing steam tablets . I have a hard time because I like very warm pretty much hot shower and I can no longer do it because I will see spots and now have to take a much cooler shower that is not as relaxing for me . Good luck , I hope you can find something to replace it !

I love baths and soaks. I put a lot of epsom salt in, but that is more for relaxing.
