I force myself to go to the gym at least three times per week. I have a routine I try to complete. Sometimes I do better. I sometimes get to talk with other members. I try my best, but I can only do what I can do. I don condemn myself for not doing better. It's better than nothing. I hope this helps you. Try to do something.

I can ride a bike easier than walking exercises, it seems pedaling is less impact on my legs, anyway a stationary bike or a road bike is great exercise for me

I am so happy you asked the question because exercise is a dilema I am dealing with again. I want to exercise but I can't say I like it. My legs turn into jello easily so I find that walking in cool weather or swimming, water walking are my best bets. And then there is fatigue- this can put a kabosh on my best intentions- please share your tips

I started on a treadmill but legs would get weak and fatigued fairly quick, switched to stationary bike and found legs could tolerate pedaling much better. biking seems to be less impact than walking.
