In my case everything is normal but I have been on Tysabri for 6 months maybe is to early but I don't feel any positive change.

I took Tysabri for about a year and felt great, a year ago January I went off of all my meds and tried the "all natural" approach. Last September I went back on Tysabri at my new Neurologists request. I haven't felt that it's helped and now spent 6 hours in the ER due to elevated liver enzymes and terrible pain from it.
