Shoulder blade pain could be referred pain from your gallbladder, are you sure you dont have gallstones?

I have left side shoulder blade pain that is a 20 on the scale . It can take my breath away. It mostly happens when I am laying down, but can happen when sitting long term. For me I get some relief when I stand. I have recently learned I have a rather large lesion at c2 expanding down to disc space at c3. I haven’t seen my neurologist yet to determine if this might be related or more of a skeletal positional issue. I know that it is paralyzingly pain at night and I need help to move. I have been prescribed Gabapentin for an assortment of six but haven’t tried it yet as I just started aubagio. Also have constipation , but I can’t see a correlation between the 2. Have you had a C spine mri?

I get shoulder blade pain sometimes but I think it's from my osteoarthritis. Have you tried heat? Aspercreme with Lidocaine for pain relief? Those things have helped me, might help you??

I use to get like a knot at the bottom inner part of the shoulder blade, massages helped, got a Dr Hoe- TENs type machine for that and to help with other muscle issues over the body, the knot was also from the position my body was in and repitition of what I qas doing
