Thanks to caffeine I don't feel it much. My wife harped on me for years to quit soda. Finally, I found caffeine water additives. MIO. I swear by it. Plus, you get your water quota in. Plus you can turn up the volume, so to speak, by injecting a little more or less if needed. LOVE the stuff. Lots of different fruity flavors too. Helps my focus too.

Tysabri was an answer to my prayers at the time. I was paralyzed from the waist down and these infusions literally saved my life and kept me from needing a wheelchair! I obviously would recommend this treatment! Good luck! 🙏

I was diagnosed years ago with ADHD, so they thought and was prescribed Adderall We now believe it was MS not ADHD however My Neurologist has supported and wants me to continue taking bc this is probably the reason I don’t not have extreme fatigue, having a 13 yr old and a 4 yr old and owning my own firework business I can’t imagine not having my meds. I know I’ve went a few days without taking it to just see and the fatigue is awful, don’t get me wrong I still have very down days more tired and lack of motivation and I try to take naps those days but this medicine is what has helped so much talk to your dr ab it

I sometimes drink Monster Sugar Free Orange. But only half a can. It helps!

And of course that’s on top of the prescription stimulants I take daily by Rx to make it thru the day: Modafinil/Armodafinil, Adderall or Mydayis, Dexmethylphenidate. Used to take Vyvanse but got too used to it. Plus 1 or 2 naps daily. Fatigue is my worst symptom.
