Does anyone else experience adrenaline in their legs?
Please explain to me. So you can’r calm your legs? Is it like restless leg syndrom? I assume you don’t mean spasticity.
It is as though, my legs are too tired to work properly so they are fighting overtime to function. Weird sensation in legs.
Yeah I have had multiple sclerosis and since I was 19 I am 37 now and the crazy legs never go away 😜✌️
@A MyMSTeam Member I’m still not sure what’s going on. Can you please describe a specific time when this happened, what you were doing, all of it? For me, neuropathy is a problem when I’ve been on my feet too long. What happens is my legs and feet start tingling and it increases the longer I’m on my feet, my body is telling me it’s time to get off of them and recline so I can get the rest of my body weight off of them.
This allows my legs and feet the opportunity to get weight completely off and tingling goes away after awhile until the next time it happens. When tingling goes away, I can put my body weight back on legs and feet and do another task; but not before then. How long it takes to recover depends upon how far I pushed past the point where I should have stopped doing whatever I was doing to put my feet up. I’m getting better at not pushing too far, quitting when I need to at the first point when it’s needed. If I’m varying body positions, I can last longer; it’s when I’m just standing in one position and not moving around that it’s worst.
You need to describe the symptoms a little more clearly; can speculate all day and not get to your problem!
