Have you noticed any changes, either positve, or negative, since March, in your emotional health?

Yes, it has had an impact, some good, some bad. The good, ironically, is now I don't have to explain how I don't want to do something because of fatigue or pain. Unfortunately, after a few months I got fairly lethargic and sedentary. But hubby and I get our second vaccine on Tuesday, and I am feeling very upbeat and excited about being just a couple of weeks away from returning to my usual activities. That includes seeing my 5 year old grandson again - I miss him so much!

Oh, it has impacted things in a negative way. My already too-small world shrank even more -- shrank too much even for my introverted self.

This was compounded by the fact that initial recommendations for Ocrevus users was to avoid COVID-19 at all costs. Fortunately that was completely reversed saying that Ocrevus users are at no greater risk from the virus than anyone else. (Whew!)

Now that I'm vaccinated I'm in the process of expanding my life again. But it seems the virus is likely an airborne (instead of water droplet) threat now so that expansion should IMO be a controlled one. We're heading back towards normal but we're still a long way from it.

We do live in interesting times. :-)

I feel people deprived and fear I may be losing my people skills. We do have a bubble group of about 2 other couples and can visit each other so I haven't lost it entirely but there are days I just feel angry over nothing. I'll be glad when all this is behind us!!

I myself am feeling lonely and burnt out. I’m in an apartment in an assisted living facility. We have all of our meals brought to us, and I am tired of eating out of those boxes that the food comes in. All of us have had both of our vaccines and still are not allowed to eat together in the dining room. I think I’m just about to my limitations on living within these four walls. I was able to get out yesterday for a while and it was a huge relief. There haven’t been been any activities since March.

Feeling crazy and overwhelmed it feels like it’s too much at one time. Don’t know if I’m coming or going. 🙏😷😇
