I Have Been Having Terrible Sleep Patterns, anyone Else Struggle With This?

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭
Seattle, WA

I am taking trazadone, gabapentin and most recently added melatonin. I fall asleep and then two hours later wake up. I usually have something to drink and go back to bed and sleep through the night. Ugh any suggestions about this?

I have had that problem for a long time. That's why I started a liver detox..4 days and I slept soundly last night..

Try adding Magnesium before bed instead of Melatonin. I found this put me to sleep faster and kept me asleep!

Liver detox? Maybe I need that!!! But, wouldn't it cause issues with my current medications?
