I know most MS people are deficient in vitamin D but most people are so I take vitamin D3. (I was low at time of diagnosis) When recent blood work came back neurologist suggested B vitamins. I was boarder line low even though there are B vitamins in my general all purpose daily vitamin. I am concerned about what to take and if it can make ms worse even if for general population is positive? My Nuero doesn't say anything bad for VitaminD. I feel that taking Calcium-Magnesium daily makes my bones feel stronger and make my whole body feel warmer.
I take natural things, Vitamins Calcium, Zinc.
I make sure I am calm & don't let alot of things bother me.
I take Vitamin D, and multiple vitamin, and something kinda random, which I’ve been taking religiously for over 20 years now…Ambrotose.
It’s a multilevel networking type of thing where u can make money, but I don’t-I just take it! And after 20+ years with this disease I am still walking around!
My neurologist put me on 50,000 once a week a year and a half ago. He said to keep taking it as my levels are crazy low.
For Vit B I take Healthy B by Emerald and my naturopath said she had never seen a better B complex - it uses cyancobalimin instead of methyl - cyan is better absorbed
I take a Multi Vitamin daily for women over 50!
I also take a weekly Vit. D.
