Darren frozen is an actual thing. Not weather related. Lose of use, stops working all together for a year or more.

I get frozen fingers but mine is from Reynaud’s. My friend had a frozen shoulder and had it operated on; she still had to do PT after so if you can get it unfrozen without the surgery even better I say. Obviously I’m not an expert.

I noticed a heaviness on my stronger arm, especially after washing heavier dishes which is what I believe is the cause. However I started to have twitches/jerks in the other arm within the last month…I tend to blame everything on nonMS things ;)

They say at least a year and maybe 3🙃. It’s improving, but I am curious how common it is with us. Thanks for responding Bambam:)
