My MS specialist actually records visits and when I get my notes in my portal it is exactly what I said.
I have been checking notes doctors write in portals and have caught a few mistakes. One even had information from obviously another person because it was certainly not my medical history. I feel like its important to double check everything. Not to be an ass but to be helpful to them because I know it's hard to take care of everyone properly.

I'm not sure there is a doctor around that has the answers to all our questions. Since we are all different and react different it is very hard to have an answer for every question.
