I know you might think this is goofy but I’m proud of myself. First I was at my oncologist appointment on Wednesday. Once they put me in the room to wait for my doctor there was an annoying mosquito frying around. My husband caught it in his hands but it escaped.. my doctor said everyone in the building has been trying to get it. Guess what. I followed it and trapped it and smashed it! My doctor was shocked lol. I guess I still have good eye hand coordination. So I’m proud 😉
My goal is to lose lower my blood pressure medication and lose weight. I'm working on both and will let you know where I am in a month.

The idea of willingly stepping out the door of a perfectly functioning aircraft just doesn’t equate in my head. I am sure I would enjoy the free fall but I can’t get past that first step.
I have rappelled down the side of a 8 story brick building before as an ROTC cadet and while it was illogical stepping over the edge of that building, I did it, probably 4-5 times. Eagle Hall at JMU…look it up
