Hi ! I have been taking it in the evening after dinner . I remember to take it every day at that time and having a full stomach helps to reduce nausea and stomach upset. @A MyMSTeam Member

When I took it, I took it before I went to bed. That's when I take the others I take (2 others). Taking them all at the same time helped me remember to take it.

Aubagio (teriflunomide) is an oral medication taken once daily. The timing can be flexible β€” it can be taken with or without food.

Here are a few tips to help with timing:

- Consistency is key β€” try to take it at the same time each day
- Morning or evening β€” either works, so pick whatever fits best into a daily routine
- With a meal β€” some people find taking it with food helps reduce any stomach upset

It's always best to check with a neurologist or healthcare provider about the timing that works best for a specific situation. One thing worth knowing β€” Aubagio can stay in the body for a long time (up to two years) if ever stopped. So it's really important never to stop taking it without talking to a doctor first, as they may need to manage how it leaves the body safely.
